Conveyor Belt Hot Splicing Vulcanizing Joint and Repair
Product Description
CONVEYOR BELT VULCANIZING MACHINE
Used for the heating vulcanization of joint connection and reparation of fabric ply conveyor belt, steel cord conveyor belt, PVC PVG solid woven fire-resistant conveyor belts.
Consists of aluminum beam, heating plate, water bag, electric cabinet and other auxiliary tools.
Technical Parameters: 1. Vulcanization pressure: 1.0 to 2.0 Mpa; 2. Vulcanization temperature: 145 °C ; 3. Difference in surface temperature of vulcanized plate: ± 3 degree; 4. water cooling system (less than 10 mins to cool from 145°C to normal temperature) or natural cooling system (more than 2 hours to cool down) 5. electric pump or hand pump; if choose electric pump, please advise voltage, such as 380V 50HZ 3 Phases; 6. Output power of Electronic Control Cabinet ≤36 KW (Different model different power); 7. Temperature adjustment range: 0 to 200° ; 8. Timing adjustment range: 0 to 99 min; 9.
